To ask for forgiveness and to forgive.
These two things are quite difficult to do.
To ask for forgiveness is brave enough. And it shows that you realize your mistake. Well, we are humans after all. We are prone to mistakes. Experiences taught us to become better as time goes.

To forgive those who asked to be forgiven is even braver. You must be having a big heart. After everything which that person did to harm you, you are still bold enough to step out of the past.
